Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • You may return any product within 31 days of the received date for a full refund or exchange.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Opened or used products may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and include the return authorization slip provided by our customer service team. Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
